Sanofi Group Director, US Market Access Training in Bridgewater, New Jersey

This position is responsible for leading and developing a Commercial Training Manager team to support the US Market Access group in order to ensure knowledge and selling skills training is developed, implemented, and evaluated to meet the needs of our customers.

Mange Training Process through Training Managers (including but not limited to content development review process, Vendor Management, NH/Transfer Training Structure)

Establish a Strategic Partnership with our Commercial Partners; Market Access, Value and Access and Sales

Recruit and Develop Talent; ensure routine and consistent develop of current team members to building strong leaders within the organization. Develop quality USMA training curriculum built on instructional design principles that align with the needs of our internal partners. Develop and support customer engagement model curriculum. Responsible for identifying, contracting, creating, and delivering Training for the USMA team, sales leaders and field sales associates across Sanofi and Sanofi Genzyme.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree,

  • Years of Experience 7-10 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education – Master’s Level preferred

  • Significant Market Access and Sales experience

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically

  • Ability to work in team environment with collaboration across multiple functional areas

  • Ability to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders

  • Launch experience preferred

  • Specialty experience preferred

  • Commercial partnerships, such as co-promotes or alliances, a plus

  • Significant experience working with cross-functional groups made up of two or more of the following: Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Research, or Finance

  • Excellent quantitative abilities and excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

  • Proven track record of strong execution and results

  • Strong project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, foster collaborative environment, negotiate and influence in a matrix environment, exercise tact and diplomacy in stressful situations

  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

  • Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Experience of working with field sales forces and managing a budget

  • Shows ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques and is able to modify one’s behavior to gain acceptance of ideas or plans
