Sanofi Group HR Operations Team Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M) in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

HR Operations Team Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job Details:

The selected candidate will support the following but not be limited to this only:

Team Support and ad-hoc requests. Support of Senior Leadership is expected.

Operations:

Support Operations Lead with Vendor Management, Training Metrics & Tools (Metrics That Matter and Learning Gateway) and Special projects which touch all aspects of training and leadership development . Project support includes managing projects: planning, execution and implementation.

Metrics:

Utilizing Metrics That Matter (MTM), manage the metrics for all courses and classes for North America. Also manage the Quarterly Metrics process with HR Shared Services. Also, CSR Data on a monthly basis.

Budgeting:

Provide support to track monthly spend activities, accruals and overall annual budgets. Liaise with Leadership Development Team, Finance, Legal and Procurement functions with spend and contracts.

Candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in either Human Resources, Analytics or Finance

Over 24 months of full-time experience: Financial acumen and Metrics & Analytics is preferred

Experience with multi-national company will be a plus

Skills

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook), Prezi and Canva skills.

  • Strong Communication abilities: both written and verbal.

  • Ability to deliver message effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think clearly and solve problems.

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

  • Ability to provide recommendations based on solid thought process.

  • Due to deliverables, must be able to drive car into work. Expected to be in the office every work day.

  • Languages: English, French
